hhdd Terms and Conditions

This document forms a legally binding agreement between hhdd and its users. By accessing the hhdd platform, creating an account, or using any of its services, you are considered to have accepted all the terms described below. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform. hhdd reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these terms and conditions:

• "Platform" — The hhdd website (https://hhdd.bar) and all services operated under it.
• "User" or "Player" — Any person who accesses services through a registered account on the hhdd platform.
• "Account" — The unique personal profile registered in each user's name.
• "Bonus" — Additional funds or credits provided by hhdd subject to specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" — The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before withdrawing any winnings derived from a bonus.
• "Taka" or "৳" — Bangladeshi currency (BDT).

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 21 years of age to create an account and use services on the hhdd platform. This platform is operated exclusively for those aged 21 and above.

2.2 One Account Policy

• Each individual may operate only one account.
• Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately.
• All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date at all times.

2.3 Identity Verification

hhdd reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national ID card, passport, or other documents may be requested if necessary. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the verification process is complete.

• It is the user's responsibility to keep their account login credentials (password, username) completely confidential.
• Transferring, selling, or allowing another person to use your account is prohibited.
• If unauthorized access to your account is suspected, the hhdd support team must be notified immediately.
• hhdd will never ask for a user's password or payment PIN via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• hhdd will not be held responsible for unauthorized third-party transactions on an account if the information was compromised due to the user's own negligence.

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount on the hhdd platform is ৳500.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly; if there is any delay, please contact support.
• Funds deposited into an account may only be used by the account holder.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The standard processing time for withdrawal requests is 5–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Processing of large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users on hhdd are eligible to receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

• The wagering requirement for bonuses is 10 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• No withdrawal from bonus funds is permitted before the wagering requirement is met.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same user, device, or IP address.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or fraud is found, hhdd reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.
• hhdd may modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another account.

hhdd offers four VIP tiers for regular players. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the user's overall activity on the platform. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback bonuses — contact the support team for more details.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hhdd platform:

• Attempting to obtain funds through any form of fraud, deception, or manipulation.
• Using multiple accounts or coordinated betting to abuse the bonus system.
• Using the platform through automated software, bots, or unauthorized scripts.
• Using the platform to conduct money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to breach or hack the platform's security systems.
• Registering under a false identity or using another person's information.

hhdd believes that gaming should be an entertaining activity. We encourage users to play responsibly.

• Avoid placing bets beyond your means.
• View gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income.
• The hhdd platform offers self-exclusion and deposit limit features.

9.1 Suspension by hhdd

• hhdd may temporarily or permanently close an account in cases of rule violations, suspected fraud, or pending identity verification.
• If an account shows no activity for an extended period, action may be taken in accordance with the inactive account policy.

9.2 Closure by the User

• Users may request account closure at any time through the support team.
• Before account closure, the user will be given the opportunity to withdraw any available balance (subject to conditions).

• The hhdd platform is operated on an "as is" basis and no guarantee of any specific outcome is provided.
• hhdd will not be held liable for any loss caused by internet outages, technical errors, or unforeseen circumstances.
• The outcome of winning or losing in gaming is entirely dependent on chance.
• hhdd operates the games available on its platform through third-party providers and is not directly responsible for technical matters related to those games.

hhdd places the highest importance on protecting users' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to secure all transactions and data exchanges.

• User data is not sold to third parties.
• Information may be provided to authorities in order to fulfill legal obligations.
